Hailey Marie created allhailsbeauty as a "just for fun" Instagram makeup account 5 years ago. It blossomed into the brand it is today after 2 years at Aveda Institute of Portland, a year long apprenticeship at Auric Salon and a lot of re-branding. Hailey now works at 77 Salon as a hairstylist. She also owns Knot and Rouge, a luxury wedding hair company. She has a huge passion for graphic design and content creation which she uses to grow her brand and business.

Behind the chair, Hailey specializes in color and bridal hair. She is trained and certified in multiple color systems and services. She regularly takes new classes and online courses to grow her arsenal as a hairstylist and business owner. She enjoys using her knowledge to bring to life what her clients are envisioning when they sit in her chair. Thorough consultations help communicate the goal of the service and create a plan moving forward as a team.
